crack 2-3 eggs (cutting/bulking) into a mug (aka 'cup'), and whisk with a fork. add some salt, pepper, a sprinkle of any herbs you fancy, and a few drops of tobasco sauce. add a dash of milk, a 1cm cube of butter, and stir it all together.
microwave for 1 minute, remove and stir, then for a further 30 seconds but removing and stirring again halfway through. eat immediately FROM THE MUG ('cup').
if you are feeling adventurous, you can mix in some smoked salmon pieces at the end (n.b. salmon is NOT VEGAN FRIENDLY).
